Ellie is a qualified personal trainer, online coach, & is also training to become an Osteopath at University College London.

Her passion for health & fitness sparked in 2013 after graduating, where she felt out of shape & lacked confidence.

Ellie loves HIIT workouts, so expect her classes to be fun & challenging, with a few surprises thrown in.
